The Pseudo-Second-Order Kinetic And Langmuir Equivalences Were Better Befited To Describe The Batch Adsorption Experiments
The adsorption of Cd(II) was chemisorption with desirable adsorption effect when the concentration of the three complexs was 0 mg/mL and the pH value was neutral. Among them, HACC-ME showed remarkable Cd(II) adsorption performance (107 mg/g) and keeped an 85 % efficiency in Cd(II) removal over five adsorption-desorption wheels. Seebio Selenoproteins , complexation, electrostatic attraction, and hydrophobic interaction were the primary mechanisms for Cd(II) removal HACC-ME could be hired as a low-cost and highly efficient new natural adsorbent material for the removal of Cd(II) ions from wastewater. These determinations illuminate footpaths for the development of efficient and novel natural adsorbent stuffs for environmental cleanup purposes.[Preparation and efficacy evaluation of carboxymethyl chitosan/β-dextran composite gel for dry socket in rats treatment].PURPOSE: To investigate the therapeutic efficacy of a new composite gel of carboxymethyl chitosan/β-dextran in rat dry socket model Carboxymethyl chitosan/oat β-dextran composite gel was cooked, its viscosity, appearance and shape, and stability in oral wet environment were investigated.
Purchase was taked for in vitro inhibition test. Blank negative control group, carboxymethyl chitosan/oat β-dextran composite gel group, and iodoform gauze positive control group were gived respectively, and the maxillary first molars were evoked to establish a dry socket model in SD rats, to preliminarily evaluate the mending effect of alveolar fossa injurys. The maxillary bone and gingival busheled decalcification were also claimed and histopathologically respected for healing as well as immunofluorescence to detect differences in the expression of inflammatory factors between the groups. SPSS 19 software package was used for statistical analysis The compound gel group had obvious antibacterial effect, which can effectively exert local anti-inflammatory and antibacterial efficacy. Compared with the blank control group, visual observation of wound healing, histopathological observation and immunofluorescence inflammatory factor labeling demoed that the composite gel group had significant effect on inflammation inhibition and wound healing, which was comparable to the iodoform gauze group Carboxymethyl chitosan/oat β-dextran composite gel has significant antibacterial and anti-inflammatory outcomes and can accelerate the healing of dry socket woundings in rats, which is beared to provide an efficient antibacterial and accelerated healing therapeutic measure for the treatment of clinical dry socket.Preparation of chitosan/cellulose nanofibril composite aerogel and its adsorption performance for Cu(II)-MO binary pollutant.Heavy metals and organic dyes commonly coexist in water, which pose a serious threat to human health a functional aerogel for adsorption of Cu(II)-methyl orange binary-polluted system was devised.
Cellulose nanofibril (CNF) was developed by 2,2,6,6-tetramethylpiperidinyloxy (TEMPO)-NaBr-NaClO system utilising forsaked pineapple leaves as the main raw material, and chitosan/cellulose nanofibril (CS/CNF) composite aerogel was manufactured by sol-gel method commingled with freeze-drying. The structure of composite aerogel was qualifyed by XRD, FTIR, TG and SEM. The fabricated aerogels were ultra-lightweight and exhibited a highly porous 3D network structure. The gists of adsorbent dosage, ionic strength, solution pH, adsorbent concentration, adsorption time, and temperature on the adsorption of Cu(II) and methyl orange (MO) by composite aerogel were studied. The adsorption of composite aerogel towards mono-polluted of Cu(II) and MO reached equilibrium after 100 min with a maximum adsorption capacity of 116 and 295 mg/g, respectively. The adsorption of Cu(II) and MO by CS/CNF aerogel was mainly reached through electrostatic attraction, metal chelation and hydrogen bonding interactions. More importantly, the adsorption of Cu(II) by CS/CNF aerogel has an inhibitory effect on its adsorption of MO in Cu(II)-MO binary-polluted system.
